 Sponsorship Opportunities
We are pleased that you have chosen to celebrate the Port 60th anniversary with us! We have great things planned to commemorate this milestone, and welcome your participation. Below is a list of current sponsorship opportunities:
- Entertainment Sponsor - $1,000.00 Contribution
Sponsor name and logo will be listed as a major sponsor in all press release, newspaper ads, PAF sponsored radio ads, brochures and posters, Port Autumn Festival website with link and includes a booth of your choice. Live announcements during the entertainment and event and thank you signage displayed on the stage. Also includes company/organization feature or write up in event program.
- NW Chowder Prize Sponsor - $1,000.00 Contribution
The money from this sponsorship will go directly to prizes for the Chowder winners. Sponsor name and logo will be listed as a major sponsor in all press release, newspaper ads, PAF sponsored radio ads, brochures and posters, Port Autumn Festival website with link and includes a booth of the your choice. Live announcements during the event and event and thank you signage displayed in the exhibit hall and chowder area. Also includes company/organization feature or write up in event program.
- NW Chowder Cup Sponsor - $600.00 Contribution
Sponsor name and logo will be imprinted on one side of each cup for event. Cups will be used as souvenirs for the chowder competition. Sponsor name and logo will be listed as a major sponsor in press release, newspaper ads, PAF sponsored radio ads, brochures and posters, Port Autumn Festival website with link and includes a booth of the sponsor's choice. Live announcements during the event and event and thank you signage in the exhibit hall & chowder area. Also includes company/organization feature or write up in event program.
- Kids Area Sponsor - $500.00 Contribution
Sponsor name and logo will be listed as a major sponsor in all press release, newspaper ads, brochures and posters, Port Autumn Festival website with link and includes a booth of your choice. Live announcements during the entertainment and event and thank you signage displayed in the kids area. Also includes company/organization thank you paragraph in event program.
Balloon Sponsor - $250.00 Contribution
Sponsor name and logo will be imprinted on one side of each balloons for event. Helium balloons will be given to attendees and used as decorations for event. Sponsor will be listed as sponsor in brochures and posters, website with link and includes a booth of your choice. Thank you signage displayed in the kids area. Recognition paragraph in event program.
