building leases offer a wide variety of terms.  Rental fees are considered fair and competitive for the Mason County region.  All leases are triple net, meaning the lessee pays for all utilities, other terms apply for multi tenant facilities.  The Port is required to collect a 12.84% Leasehold Excise Tax levied by the State Department of Revenue on all leases.

Building leases offer flexibility while the business prospers.  Precious capital can go into the operational side of the business such as labor, equipment, machinery and inventory instead of large sums used in land purchase.
